The BTE-442000 shafts are machined and splined in house by the crew at BTE in Mt. Pleasant, MS and they heat treated by an outside source to produce a strong dependable power transfer shaft. This is a definite smart upgrade for any TH400 that is going to be used in a high performance / racing application with over 750 horsepower and is a direct replacement for an OEM intermediate shaft.
