The SON-34554-11K is the Sonnax billet aluminum clutch volume spacer kit for the heavy-duty forward drum 34554-01. The SON-34554-01 provides a heavy duty / lightweight design that is the perfect upgrade for GM TH400 high performance applications. Significant weight was removed behind the forward piston, leaving a larger fluid apply volume. This larger fluid apply volume does not significantly affect clutch apply and release times, but some sensitive applications may benefit from reduced volume achieved by installing a SON-34554-11K, Sonnax clutch volume spacer kit. The SON-34554-11K is a good choice for "clean neutral" application.
